Refund policy
The Dice Cup complies with the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them and we will give you a full refund on the price of the games if returned in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the goods are damaged or faulty please retain the packaging and contact us within one month of purchase. We will ask you to return the damaged product to us and we will replace them and pay you for the cost of second class royal mail return postage or standard parcel. If we are unable to replace them, we will give you a full refund, including the cost of return postage.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by the above.
