The Dice Cup terms and conditions:
By ordering from our site, you are agreeing to the following terms of service
Shipping:
We post to the UK only.
We aim to post all orders received before 12 noon on the following day. New releases will be shipped, at latest, one day after we have received them into our stock.
During the run up to Christmas and during other busy periods (including when we have a sale) there may be short delays in dispatching goods due to the volume of orders.
Games are sent by Royal Mail or DPD Local Courier for heavier orders. All orders over 2 Kilos will be sent by DPD. DPD is a next working day delivery service (i.e. Monday to Friday). The charge is based on the rate for the weight of the games. If there are postal strikes or severe weather the shipping times can be significantly longer. We reserve the right to substitute one mail service for another if it is equivalent and will result in the games being delivered faster than by Royal Mail. Please note that all orders for large quantities of games will ship by courier.
The collection option is only available for those that are able to come to the store during our opening hours. Currently we are open from 11am-11pm on weekdays, and 10am-10pm on weekends. Please bring some ID as well as proof of purchase when picking up your games.
We reserve the right to change the method of shipment and there may be a surcharge if the actual delivery cost is great than the amount charged
Paypal:
We currently do not accept Paypal as a store, though in future we will look at doing so.
Credit & Debit Card Payment:
We accept credit and debit card payments through Stripe.
Pre-orders:
Delivery dates are estimates and due to conditions beyond our control are liable to change. If you mix pre-orders (or pre orders that arrive at different dates) and in stock games in the same order then the whole order will be dispatched when the pre-order arrives in stock.
Ordering Online:
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure.
Payments are processed by Stripe using a 100% secure system that does not endanger your credit or debit card details.
We do not store credit cards, nor do we share customers' details with any third parties.
Data Policy:
The Dice Cup does not disclose your information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment (i.e Delivery companies) In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping for website functionality. They are used to help your navigation, and to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. You can turn off cookies by blocking them in your browser Privacy settings. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders.
Data collected by this site is used to take and complete customer orders.
Game Pictures:
Whilst the pictures we use to display our games have been taken in store, that is not always true of pre-orders or games with several editions. If you want a specific edition of a game that we have listed, please contact the store via email, via Facebook or via phone to check which versions we have available.
Return / Refund Policy:
The Dice Cup complies with the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them and we will give you a full refund on the price of the games if returned in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the goods are damaged or faulty please retain the packaging and contact us within one month of purchase. We will ask you to return the damaged product to us and we will replace them and pay you for the cost of second class royal mail return postage or standard parcel. If we are unable to replace them, we will give you a full refund, including the cost of return post.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by the above.
Complaints:
We hope you never have to experience any problems with our service. However, should you have a complaint then contact us by phone, email or letter, and it will be dealt with promptly - we will endeavour to answer you within 3 working days. Any suggestions for improving our service are most welcome.
Currencies accepted:
Sterling only.
